Summer Camp 2018

Summer Camp is from July 2, 2018 - August 10, 2018 for 5 - 15 year olds (age 5 only if Kindergarten has been completed). Registration is done by lottery and registration packets will be accepted by mail only from March 1 - March 31. Registration packets will be available on March 1, 2018 at the following locations:

- Center Springs Main Office - 39 Lodge Drive
- Community Y Recreation Center - 78 N Main Street
- Customer Service, Town Hall - 41 Center Street
- Mahoney Recreation Center - 110 Cedar Street
- Online (links posted below)
 
*Financial Assistance: Please note that there is a slightly different process this year for financial assistance. If financial assistance is required you will first contact Katie Clark at Manchester Senior, Adult and Family Services by calling 860-647-3065 for consultation. We will require a written Financial Assistance Approval Form to be submitted with your registration packet. We will not process any applications that require financial assistance without this form. All of this new information is also included and explained in our new registration packets.
Update: April 2018 - The Financial Assistance cap for Summer Camp 2018 has been met.

Summer Day Camp Registration Packet 2018

The Summer Day Camp program includes structured activities such as sports and games, arts and crafts, swimming, field trips and special events. For more information please see the link to our flyer above, or contact Calvin Harris at 860-647-3088.

Recreation Leader in Training (RLT, age 15)
RLT Registration Packet 2018

Program (for age 15 only as of the 2018 season) The Recreation Leader in Training program is a six week leadership training program (July 2 - August 10, 2018) for youth age 15. The RLT program is designed for training youth to be future leaders and to provide them the opportunity for possible future employment with the Manchester Recreation Division in our Summer Aquatics or Summer Camp program. Please note that participants must attend the first three weeks of RLT and at least two additional weeks. RLT costs $65.00/week and is held from 9:00am - 3:00pm (extended care is NOT offered for the RLT camp). No transportation is provided. Each participant is responsible for providing transportation to and from any of the RLT sites.For more information please contact Calvin Harris at 860-647-3088.
